I think I'm going to make myself a tumblr pretty soon. What's yours? I've definitely found that a lot the business side of DA has left a bad taste in my mouth too - the gender related thing being one such thing, though I was mostly gone from DA when that happened anyway. I find myself missing the art-related friendships I formed there, though - and most other art communities that I've come across are too specialized, too impersonal or just too quick to die off. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.
